PRODUCTS
All products offered by Gargantula Creations are of limited production and are numbered.
The launch of the products takes place on the 20th of each month and has a pre-sale period, with a special price, until the last day of the corresponding month; After that period the item is available at the regular price only until the limit of units is reached.
The articles are limited to:
- Clothing: 20 units
- Posters and postcards: 25 units
HOW TO BUY
The pre-sale/sale can be made directly in our online store or via email*.
*Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "pre-sale/sale" indicating the product you want, the size, and shipping information. We will contact you as soon as possible with the confirmation and payment information.
PAYMENT
Only after the payment is made, the reservation is validated and enters into the production list.
You can pay by PayPal, Wire Transfer, Visa and MasterCard.
All payments must be made in Euro (€).
After the payment is made you will receive the receipt in 24h in your e-mail.
All customs costs are your responsibility.
SHIPPING
Please give up to 2-3 weeks to produce and ship your order.
All shipments will be made by CTT Expresso and will be accompanied by a tracking code that you will receive in your e-mail on the day of shipment.
Shipping times* may vary between:
- Portugal: 2 to 5 working days
- Intra-EU Countries: 2 to 10 working days
- Non-EU Countries: 5 to 15 working days
*The indicated timeframes exclude specific bureaucratic processes that may occur in some countries (e.g. customs processes).
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product is defective.
In case you order a clothing item, please confirm your size correctly on the product information page.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In case of a defective product, you can choose between a new/equivalent product or refund.
In case of a refund, shipping costs are not included.
